Shipping Policy

Production time
Every item is made to order. Typical production after your order is approved: DTF printing 2–4 business days, embroidery 3–5 business days, screen printing 5–7 business days. Large orders, complex artwork, supplier stock and peak seasons (back-to-school, December) can extend these. Rush service may be available on request.

Local pickup — Oakville, Ontario
Free. Choose "Pickup" at checkout; we email you when your order is ready, with the pickup address and hours. Please bring your order confirmation.

Shipping within Canada
Shipping rates and carriers are shown at checkout. Transit time is added to production time and is the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee. Orders ship from Oakville, Ontario. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Outside Canada
We currently ship within Canada only. Contact us for other destinations.

Lost or damaged in transit
Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier, but we will help you with the carrier claim. Report damage or loss to support@haveatee.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped at your cost.
